We are a family owned business. Rick and Jill have been working together and married for over 25 years. Son Adam is an accomplished spa technician and works in the family business full time. We have a knowledgeable and friendly staff, to schedule service calls and deliveries, order parts and accessories, and can UPS anything right to your door. We have more than 25 years experience in the Industry and are the largest and most established Spa dealership in the area with the most extensive and experienced Service Department. We only sell trusted brands; we know about quality and sell only quality products. We have tried many brands over the years but have stayed with the ones that have proved to be sturdy and reliable as well as easy to service. We repair almost all brands providing they are not under warranty from another dealer. Our family moved here over 30 years ago and we joined them a few years later. After seeing the need in the area and knowing how therapeutic, relaxing and FUN owning a Hot Tub can be we opened the Spa store in Blairsville, GA. and Blue Ridge a few years later.
We started in the specialty decking business building custom decks around pools and spas, doing renovations on the decks as well as doing tile, coping, stonework and fountain work. We have owned a spa now for years and use it daily for all of the physical and mental benefits a spa offers. We love to help people get happily involved with spa ownership and from our personal as well as professional experience we have found a way to make the process Simple and Enjoyable. We own our own equipment, crane truck and fully stocked service vans. We have a large workshop and warehouse area. Our service and installation crews are full time professionals. We are always staying up with the latest technology by going to the factory training's and have our technicians regularly pass certification tests. We receive the customer service awards from our manufacturers and maintain a premier dealer status. That status is only given to dealers who maintain good customer service, well stocked showrooms and honest business dealings. We know all of the principals of all our manufacturers as well as other dealers from around the world by attending dealer conferences, sales training's and technical training. We welcome the opportunity to supply lists of satisfied customers whether it is the homeowner, the rental cabin managers or owners. We have worked hard to specialize in Hot Tubs and Saunas helping our customers learn about proper water and equipment care and ease of ownership. If anyone has a problem or just does not understand something we always take the time to education our customers. We are members of our local Chamber of Commerce as well as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and a Member of the Association of pool and spa professionals.
